We accept payment Western Union / Paypal / Visa. We accept payment by credit card.
Where do you ship your products from?
We fulfill orders from our warehouse in California and Florida. Please note that the transit time is out of our control once your order has been shipped.
How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order for whatever reason, contact our customer service department during normal business hours. Orders may be canceled without penalty unless it has already been shipped. In this case, you will only be refunded for the product(s).
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Yes, we provide 15 days warranty on our products
